Are There Any Downsides To Getting One Of Those Credit Cards From A Store?

Theres a really good deal on this guitar I want but it requires me to get one of those Guitar Center credit cards, which the employees ask me every time I buy something there anyway. But this is the first time Im actually considering it. What is the drawback if any to getting this? Right now the only cards I have are my debit/check card and my credit card (both from my bank).
