Is this a fair trade?

I give Warrick Dunn, Michael Pittman, and John Carlson for Ryan Grant and Kellen Winslow. He has only Frank Gore and Deangelo Williams as his other backs. Name wise it may seem one-sided, but each of my guys has significantly outscored his. I have LT, Ronnie Brown and MJD at RB but this seems like a favorable gamble
