Docs r nurses please im over weight try everything they recommend gastric byp no insurance what can i do?

im really tired of everything i would rather live with extra skin than like this an the surgery is too expensive i tried all diets now my stomach does not work good and i always feel hungery im really thinking i would be better off dead please help me with a solution and to does who dont under stand please dont answer thanks
