How much would it cost to repair a 8.5cm circle hole in the wall? Punched a hole in it.?

It'll take someone, that's doing it right, 3 or 4 trips to do it right. I'm a handyman and charge $30/hr. An hour min. each trip, times 4, $120 labor. Supplies would be about $15, including a quart of paint to match. It would be fair to say $150.
