Does the universe guide Pisces along, while the other more practical signs create their own life path?

Since Pisces are very indecisive, and generally don't really have a predetermined path that they follow, could it be that some unknown force/life/universe is guiding Pisces along, since Pisces themselves don't really function like the other signs, in terms of creating goals, setting time-lines, and then following through all of that? I'm just asking I guess if Pisces are kind of carried along by life or the universe, but still arrive where they're supposed to arrive?
