Looking for a MADtv sketch online...?

It's a specific one, not just MADtv sketch in general. I'm looking for the sketch with the guy who goes around the world drinking people's milkshakes with his son (who is played by a girl). Then Anton Chigurh (the No Country for Old Men in) comes in and kills a guy, followed by Juno who spouts a clic Juno-speak quote about throwing up. Any idea where I could find this?
