I keep my new puppy in my bathroom She decided to poop and run through it How can i get it up? Its everywhere!?

She's 3 months old and I don't want to buy a crate when I have no idea if she'll be fifty pounds or seventy. And shes already very tall and almost 20 pounds. The poop is everywhere! All over my shower, up the walls, and stuck to the floor. I cant seem to swiffer it up. Any suggestions?
