If God is talking to you how do you know you're not going Crazy?

Don't you know satan can deceive anyone and can get into anyone. If you know you was saved don't you know that satan enter into that deacon and told you that. You let satan deceive you just like the deacon let him deceive him. Take back your salvation and tell satan where he can go. When God is talking he is not telling you nothing wrong. That not his job. That is satan job. Have faith and trust in God.
