Using my middle name instead of my first?

I'm going to high school next year and I'm considering going by my middle name, Donna, instead of my first name, Sarah. I dont really like my first name. Thats why. What do you think? Should I or should I not? Do you know anyone who has done this? Does it affect them much? Thanks.
