Why cant I get a girl friend or female friend to talk too?

I cant seem to get a girl friend or any friend at that I am not pushy and consider my self a souther gentelmen I knew 2 diffrent girls ( at diffrent times ) and one ended up becoming a wich i have not problem with i just wanted to date her than the other girl just stoped talking to me and ignoring me completly im homeschooled and dont know where to meet people i have no friends and am pretty depresed about my lifes current status so any advice or someone that would like a friend im all open cause i have nothing else to do.
