If x is an acute angle and tan x = 5, find the value of the trigonometric functions sin x and cos x.?

This question is difficult because they give you no angles and only one side. I'm pretty sure one angle is 90 because only right triangles have hypotenuses. Please help me. this is a totally insane problem. Thank you in advance.
